Banquet and Meeting Room

The Eagle Valley banquet room is a beautiful setting to hold a meeting or reception. Seating is available for up to 125 banquet style and 175 theater style.

The banquet room is available for rent Monday through Sunday from the hours of 7 a.m. to 12 midnight.

Staff can assist with catering needs or you can have your event served by a licensed caterer of your choice.

Banquet and Meeting Room Rental Rates
Sunday - Thursday
$80.00 per hour - two hour minimum
$400.00 - full day rental
Friday and Saturday
$650.00 - full day rental
An additional $1.00 per person charge applies to rentals Sunday through Thursday with food service.

A deposit in the amount of $200 is required to reserve the facility.
