Starter / Ranger
Outside Service
Maintenance Worker

Eagle Valley welcomes the opportunity to meet energetic, friendly, and reliable people. We offer a friendly and flexible work environment with a variety of part time and seasonal positions. A typical golf season will start in early April and normally ends in the early part of November. Facility management will look at several criteria when evaluating which applicants would fit well into our organization. With the nature of the golf business, staff members must have flexibility to work both weekends and evenings. It is our goal to hire energetic, driven employees that can demonstrate the ability to provide top quality customer service.

Assistant Golf Professional

The First Assistant Golf Professional will assist the Head Golf Professional in managing all daily golf related operations (up to $22.00 per hour).

Applicants must be enrolled in the PGA apprentice program.

Golf shop attendants
(20-25 hours/week)

Golf shop attendants are responsible for taking reservations in person and over the phone, player check -in and fee collection. Concessionaires must be at least 18 years of age and have some computer skills. (up to $15 per hour)

Starter/Ranger
(20-25 hours/week)

Staff members within this position are responsible for assisting management and staff in monitoring and enforcing policies regarding reservations, on-course play, tee time schedule and ensuring an enjoyable, safe and well-paced round. (up to $14.00 per hour)

Outside Service
(15-30 hours/week)

The positions main responsibilities include monitoring the driving range and golf cart fee. Outside service staff member job duties include cleaning and staging golf carts, retrieving and washing range balls and general up-keep around the clubhouse area. Must be at least 16 years of age. (up to $13.00 per hour)

Food & Beverage Concessionaires
(20-30 hours/week)

Food and beverage staff members are responsible for preparing food and beverage products, taking and serving orders. They will also be responsible for on-course beverage service. Must be at least 18 years of age. (up to $12.00 per hour)

Maintenance Worker
(20-40 hours/week)

Maintenance employees are responsible for all mowing activities, changing cups and preparing the course for daily play. Other duties include but are not limited to; trimming, seeding, planting flowers and shrubs, and other general golf course up-keep. Must be at least 16 years of age and possess a valid drivers license. (up to $15.00 per hour)

Spray Tech

Unique entry level position at Eagle Valley Golf Course. You will have the opportunity to apply precision amounts of turf chemicals on various surfaces with various turf equipment in maintaining the golf course to our customer’s expectations. This position will include hands on experience in pesticide application and all other general maintenance practices. Pay range is up to $17.00 per hour.
