Reservation Policies

We reserve the right to make foursomes of all groups. Reservations affected by weather (frost, rain) will be forfeited and the first reservation will coincide with the opening of the golf course for play. Maximum of four players per group, including up to two golf cars per foursome.

Eagle Valley Golf Course reserves the right to collect a $25 “NO-SHOW” fee for any unused reservation.

Reservation Guidelines

General Public Reservations are accepted for up to four tee times, five days in advance. Eagle Club Members Reservations are accepted for up to four groups, seven days in advance. Only the individual making the reservation must be an Eagle Club member.

Credit card will be required to reserve an outing for more than one foursome.

Group Reservations

Multiple Tee Times (Groups of 17-40 Players) Reservations are accepted for up to 40 players up to six months in advance. Times are restricted to before 2 p.m. Monday-Thursday and afternoon Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. Standard green fees and car rentals apply. See the rate page for details. A credit card guarantee or advance payment will be required. Any reservation changes must be made 24 hours in advance. We also offer golf and food packages for your group. * For all unused reservations, Eagle Valley Golf Course will collect a no-show fee of $25 per player.
